Broker Emma Himsl started her real estate career in 2018 after graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno. She began leasing and tenant coordination for a $70 million dollar ground up retail development in Livermore, CA. Emma founded Himsl Real Estate in 2022, fulfilling her lifelong dream of owning her own business. Emma’s family owns and operates a successful real estate development company in the East Bay Area, and she is proud to follow in her family’s footsteps. Emma married her husband Jesse in May 2024. They enjoy spending every day with their golden retriever, Callie. Emma is also passionate about first responders and supporting their mental health. Emma is thrilled to continue to make new connections, further develop old ones, and form long lasting partnerships.

OUR PASSION

Emma Himsl has always had a passion for First Responders. She gained a deeper appreciation for first responders and how their mental health is affected on the job through her work at the Pleasanton Police Department in their cadet program. She went on to receive her bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and minored in Police Administration. In June 2024, Emma became be a certified therapy dog handler with First Responder Therapy Dogs alongside her 2 year old golden retriever, Callie. FRTD provides emotional support to the men and women who serve in Police, Fire, EMS, and Dispatch services. First Responder Therapy Dogs offers trained teams (handler and dog) that go into the field and visit on-duty first responders.
